By using MP1 services, you agree to the following terms, rules, and policies outlined below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any platform, product, or service provided by MP1 Group of Companies—including MP1 Digital Software, MP1 Bank, MP1 Shop, and other subsidiaries—you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

2. Scope of Services

MP1 offers digital, financial, and enterprise software solutions including Accounting, POS, HRM, CRM, Banking, Microfinance, Investment Tools, and SMS Gateways. Each product may have additional terms specific to that service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into binding agreements to use our services. Businesses must ensure that representatives acting on their behalf are authorized to do so.

4. Account Registration

Users agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

5. Data Privacy and Protection

MP1 complies with the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) of Ghana. All personal data is handled with utmost confidentiality and only used for business purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Licensing & Intellectual Property

All MP1 software is licensed, not sold. All content, software, code, and trademarks are protected under the Copyright Act, 2005 (Act 690). Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Acceptable Use

Users shall not engage in spamming, hacking, data mining, denial-of-service attacks, or any illegal or unauthorized use of the platform. Violations may result in legal consequences and service termination.

8. Payment Terms

Pricing is listed in Ghana Cedis. Payments are accepted via secure gateways like Paystack and Hubtel. MP1 is not liable for transaction delays or third-party payment issues.

9. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds are only processed within 7 days for faulty software with unresolved support tickets. Subscription cancellations must be requested before renewal dates.

10. Service Availability

While we aim for 99.9% uptime, MP1 does not guarantee uninterrupted access due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for service outages.

11. Third-Party Integrations

Some MP1 services integrate with third-party tools (e.g., Flutterwave, Hubtel). Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms and MP1 is not responsible for any third-party failures.

12. Updates and Maintenance

MP1 reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any service or feature without prior notice. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated when possible.

13. Limitation of Liability

MP1 shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of profits, revenue, data, or business interruption resulting from use or inability to use our services.

We may suspend or permanently terminate your access if you breach these Terms or engage in activities that harm our system, reputation, or users.

Beta features are experimental and provided "as is" without warranties. Use is at your own risk and subject to change without notice.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Legal matters will be settled in Ghanaian courts.

MP1 is not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, or internet service failure.

All disputes shall first be addressed through mutual negotiation. If unresolved, the case will be handled by Ghanaian courts under applicable laws.
