Application & Participation Requirements

1. General Requirements

These documents are required for all individuals or entities engaging with any MP1 platform or service:

• Valid national ID (Ghana Card, Voter ID, Passport, or Driver’s License)
• Completed MP1 application or registration form
• Active phone number and email address
• Proof of residential or business address (e.g., utility bill or GhanaPost GPS digital address)

2. Requirements for Employment

Individuals applying for employment with MP1 Group of Companies must submit the following:

• Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV) or Resume
• Cover letter stating the position of interest and relevant experience
• Certified copies of academic or professional certificates (e.g., WASSCE, Diploma, Degree)
• Two references — either personal or professional

3. Requirements for Partnerships or Resellers

Businesses or individuals interested in becoming official partners or resellers must provide:

• Business registration certificate or company incorporation document (if applicable)
• Bank account details for commission or payment purposes
• Valid Tax Identification Number (TIN)
• Signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Partnership Agreement (provided by MP1)

4. Requirements for Financial Products (MP1 Microfinance)

To access savings, loan, or investment products under MP1 Microfinance, applicants must submit:

• Proof of income or business activity (e.g., invoices, sales records)
• Guarantor details and contact information (required for loan products)
• Initial deposit amount (for account opening or savings plans)
• Passport-sized photo (digital or printed copy)

5. Additional Notes

• All submitted documents must be clear, legible, and authentic.
• MP1 reserves the right to verify any submitted documents or information.
• Incomplete applications may result in delays or disqualification.
